"Tai Chi to help improve your balance and flexibility"

"Tai Chi is often described as 'meditation in motion' but it may well be called MEDICATION in motion"

Harvard Medical School www.health.harvard.edu/e

"I started Tai Chi as I was experiencing difficulty with my balance. I maintained my home practice and within 6 months my balance had improved substantially"

Sandy – Hurstville Grove

Let me introduce myself...

My name is John Gough. I found the world of Tai Chi some years ago, as I was searching for a form of light enjoyable exercise that would help me improve my flexibility, balance and muscular strength. I found that in Tai Chi, and so much more, that I am now in a position to share my knowledge and experience with others.

I would like to invite you to join with me and my fellow participants as we share in the practice and study of the art of Tai Chi.
